Food for the Fourth

Cheer on the St. Matthew United Church of Christ Shopping Cart Drill Team at the Wheaton 4^th of July Parade. This is the 39^th appearance of the precision drill team.  All food and cash collected benefit the People's Resource Center and the Interfaith Food Pantries. Critical needs over the summer include diapers (sizes 4 – 6), canned goods (especially low-salt or no sugar added), whole grains (whole-wheat pasta, brown rice, low-sugar cereal), high proteins (peanut butter, tuna, beans, canned chicken, chili, stew), and personal hygiene products (bar soap, toothpaste, detergents, shampoo, toilet paper, shaving cream, disposable razors, feminine hygiene).
