On the fourth Sunday of Advent, the worship service of Gary United Methodist Church will have a special focus on music and scripture. Familiar Gospels and beloved carols will tell the wondrous story of Christ’s birth. A string ensemble, percussion, silvery bells, the rich timbres of the Steinway and the mighty organ—these are the gifts we bring to honor the King. We invite you to prepare your heart for Christmas by joining us for this livestreamed service. It can be viewed at garychurch.org at 9 a.m. with a recording available later in the day.
