St. Francis High School Speaker Series - "The Critical Voice: To Whom Are You Listening"

Presenter:  Dr. Ann Letourneau from the Central DuPage Pastoral Counseling Center

Do you ever find yourself thinking, “I can’t do this?” While many people have such an inner dialogue, they do not stop to consider what life might be like without having the forever running critical voice. This workshop will help participants with beginning to find an acceptance of self that leads to a sense of freedom.  Participants will also have the opportunity to practice skills and integrate faith, which will help them find a more balanced inner voice.
