The official trick-or-treating hours in Wheaton are 3:30-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31. Please use extra caution if you are driving on Halloween to ensure the safety of trick-or-treaters. If you do not want trick-or-treaters to visit your house, turn off your outside lights and/or place a sign on your door stating that you’re not participating. Trick-or-treaters should be respectful of all neighbors’ property and only cross at marked crosswalks or at the end of the street. Have a happy and safe Halloween
