Hello! My name is Jana, and I’m so glad you found me. You might be wondering—how did I get into this unique field? At first, I thought pelvic floor physical therapy was out there and definitely not for me (as many of you may have felt too). But once I learned more, I realized pelvic PT is so much more than just prescribing Kegels. It’s for everyone—because everyone has a pelvis! My passion for pelvic health was solidified after treating my first patients. Seeing them feel empowered and hopeful after treatment was inspiring. I believe quality pelvic health care starts with a safe space where you can share your story without judgment. Only then can we explore your pelvic floor, its connection to your body, and your lifestyle. Pelvic health challenges don’t have to define you.
